Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including data we received through Facebook Login for Business and the WhatsApp Business Platform.

1. Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@invigosol.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Please send it from the email address linked to your account and include:

  • the name of the app or service (for example, the app you connected with Facebook);
  • the business name and, if relevant, the WhatsApp business phone number that was connected.

If you write from a different address, we will ask you to confirm that you own the account before we delete anything.

2. Remove our app from your Facebook account

This stops the app from receiving any new data from Meta straight away.

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites, depending on how you connected).
  3. Find the InvigoSol app (or BizAgent) and select Remove.

In Meta Business Suite → Settings → Integrations / Connected apps, an admin can also remove the app from the business portfolio and the WhatsApp Business Account. Removing the app revokes access, but it does not delete data we already hold. To delete that data, also send the request in step 1.

3. What we delete

Within 30 days of a verified request, we permanently delete:

  • your account and profile data (name, email, Facebook user ID);
  • connected business details (business portfolio ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID);
  • access tokens and keys (deleted immediately);
  • stored messages, media, message status data and templates;
  • everything our apps generated from that data, such as summaries, categories and reports.

Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal cycle and are not restored except for disaster recovery.

4. What we may keep

We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices and payment records, and a short record that the deletion request was completed. These records are not used for any other purpose.

5. Confirmation

We email you when the deletion is complete.

6. BizAgent users

If you use BizAgent, follow the instructions at bizagent.pk/data-deletion. BizAgent is also operated by InvigoSol, so a request sent to either address reaches the same team.
