1. About these terms
These terms are between you and InvigoSol ("InvigoSol", "we", "us"). By using our website or apps you agree to them. If you use them for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that business.
2. Using this website
The content on this website is for general information. Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
3. Client services
Consulting, development and managed services are provided under a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority. Where we process personal data for a client, we do so as a processor under that client's instructions.
4. Our products and apps
Our products, including BizAgent, have their own terms (for BizAgent, bizagent.pk/terms), which apply in addition to these. You are responsible for the accounts you connect, for keeping your login details safe and for the instructions you give our apps.
5. Meta and WhatsApp rules
If you connect a WhatsApp Business Account or Meta business portfolio to one of our apps, you agree to:
- follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging and Business Policies, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Meta's Commercial Terms;
- message only people who have given you permission to contact them on WhatsApp, and stop when they ask;
- use Meta-approved message templates outside the 24-hour customer service window;
- not send spam, prohibited content or messages that break the law;
- tell your customers and staff, where the law requires it, that their messages are processed by our apps.
Meta may suspend a number or account that breaks its rules. We may also suspend an app connection that puts other users, Meta's platform or our service at risk. Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages, and those charges are your responsibility unless your plan says otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
We own our website, products and brand. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the client agreement. WhatsApp, Facebook and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; InvigoSol is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
7. Liability
The website and free resources are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
